Before forming Lowe Legal Group, PC LLO, Aimee clerked for the Nebraska Court of Appeals. After her clerkship, she joined an Iowa based law firm as an associate before becoming an equity shareholder. She eventually relocated her practice to Omaha, where she  worked with an executive team as in-house counsel for a multi-location company. She has since been a partner with an Omaha based law firm and served as an adjunct for Creighton School of Law.

She is an honors graduate of the Creighton University School of Law, graduating cum laude, and a recipient of the Silver Quill Award, seven CALI Excellence for the future awards, winner of the Creighton School of Law Intramural Moot Court Competition, and competitor in other moot court and trial competitions.

Aimee Lowe is licensed in Iowa and Nebraska state and federal courts, has served as local counsel for numerous west and east coast firms, has argued before the Iowa Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, has negotiated hundreds of transactions, litigated cases from start to finish in Iowa and Nebraska, and has handled over $1 billion in transactions​. She is a true strategist, assessor of risk, and fierce advocate.
